Though Ruth may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her husband Alexander "Paul" Lowe; and her brother George C. Carlin. She is survived by: her children, Michael (John Bramante), Kristine Foster and Matthew (Holly); and her grandchildren, Andrew, Jonathan (Briana Fasnacht), Melissa, Brandon, Hannah and Sadie.
