With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Salvatore Accardo (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania), who passed away on July 13, 2024 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Salvatore may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Salvatore touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Arlene; his children, Salvatore and Louisa; and his siblings, Vincent (Barbara), Carmen Accardo, Rose Amato, Susan Accardo and Frank Accardo (Elizabeth). He was also cherished by loving nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers family request donations be made in his memory to USO.org or mail to PO Box 96860 Washington, DC 20077-7677.
