He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Fabrizzio and Marie Fabrizzio; and his stepchildren, Michelle Krystkiewicz, Jennifer L. Burke and Thomas M. Krystkiewicz Jr. Amy (Maureen).
He is survived by: his spouse Parnella C.; his grandchildren, James P. Burke, Liam T. Burke, Tyler J. Burke, Thomas M. Krystkiewicz III, Gwyneth M. Krystkiewicz and Mason K. Serianni; his sister Theresa Tortual (Thomas); his nieces, Tina Young (Ryan) and Traci Tortual; his great-nieces, Isabella Young and Emma Young; and his pet Red.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 28th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM at the John F. Givnish Funeral Home (10975 Academy Rd, Philadelphia, PA 19154). A memorial service was held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the John F. Givnish Life Celebration Home (10975 Academy Rd, Philadelphia, PA 19154).
