He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore S. Endrik and Frances Endrik; and his brother Vincent Endrik. He is survived by: his brother Theodore P. Endrik (Lois); his niece Jennifer Biggerstaff (Stephen); his nephew Matthew Endrik (Veronica); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Trevor Biggerstaff, Rachel Biggerstaff, Ryan Biggerstaff and Tanner Endrik.
