It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Susan C. Hamilton (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania), who passed away on June 13, 2025, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Chajenski and Anna Mae Chajenski; and her brother Anthony Chajenski. She is survived by: her husband Paul T. Hamilton; her son Michael E. Hamilton; her grandchildren, Aidan Hamilton, RJ Hamilton, Blayk Round, Harper Round, Ryan Hamilton, Quinn Hamilton, Patrick Hamilton and Olivia Hamilton; and her brother Richard Chajenski.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 9:30 AM at the St. John Cantius Chapel (4410 E Thompson St, Philadelphia, PA 19137). A Mass will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
