With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Susan (Babusik) Chodak of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Susan left this world on June 2, 2025 at the age of 70, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Babusik and Anna Babusik; and her sister Joan Babusik. She is survived by: her son Bryan Chodak; and her siblings, Elaine Roditis, Robert Babusik, Anthony Babusik (Maryanne), Marianne Osmolski (Frank) and Thomas Babusik (Kim).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Agnus/St John's Catholic Church (319 Brown St, Philadelphia, PA 19123). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Interment private. in lieu of flowers donations can be made is Susan's name to the Parkinson Disease Foundation (https://www.parkinson.org).
