It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Tamara Brown of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 4, 2025, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Daniel Brown Jr.; her parents, Dorothy Watson and Torrence Gilmore; and her stepfather Dennis Watson. She is survived by: her children, Anissa Brown (Eugenio), Daniel Brown III, David Brown (Venise) and Stephen Brown (Jamie); her grandchildren, Daniel Brown IV, Tamara Brown, Chase Brown, Chance Brown, David Brown Jr. and Chloe Brown; and her siblings, Debra Scott, Sherry Biggs, Terrence Gilmore, Sylvia Daniel and Darnell Watson. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews.
Viewing will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:15 PM at the John F. Givnish Life Celebration Home (10975 Academy Rd, Philadelphia, PA 19154). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:15 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Beechwood Cemetery (2026 Bensalem Blvd, Bensalem, PA 19020).
