He was predeceased by : his wife Betty; his son David; and his parents, Theodore Jr. Godowsky and Bessie Godowsky. He is survived by : his sons, Ted III (Sandra) and Joe (Patricia); his grandchildren, Joseph M. Jr., Amanda Buchanan (Jason), Danielle Weber (Tristan), Candace Mason (Willie), Joshua Godowsky and D'andra Alvarado; and his great grandchildren, Rooney Rey Mason, Harper Buchanan, Kinsley Buchanan and Serenity Alvarado.
