He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Ellen and Mary Ellen. He is survived by: his children, GiGi and Jenna Campbell (Christopher); his brother Robert Herzog (Janet); his brother-in-law William (Liz Capezuti); his nieces and nephews, Robert, Charles and Atom Herzog; and his cousin Joanne Banecker (Eric). He is also survived by 4 brothers and 1 sister.
