Carter; his wife Nicole Spruill; his children, Kendall, Thomas Jr. and Tanae; his grandchildren, Peyton, Jayden, Omar, Kendall-Rae and Journee; and his siblings, Terrance, Keisha, Ulonda, Dazelle and Andrea. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and a wide network of extended family and lifelong friends.
