He is survived by: his wife Nancy Burke; his children, Joanna Slade (Randy), Kaileen Milligan (Jeff), Sean Burke and Joseph Burke (Katie); his grandchildren, Pierce, Finn, Vienna and Thomas V. Burke V. Tom; and his siblings, James Burke (Kathy), Rose Casey (James), Gerry Harris (Eric) and Maureen Burke. He is also survived by many in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
