He is survived by: his daughter Donna Kotyk (John); his grandsons, John and Jason; his son Thomas Jr. (Maureen); his grandchildren, Debbie, Thomas III, Michael, Giana, Dominic and Sophia; his son Steven (Patty O'Donovan); his grandson Steven Jr.; his daughter Linda DiNapoli (Mike); his grandsons, Michael Jr. and MichaeI; his daughter Diane Raspanti (Joe); and his granddaughters, Danielle, Ashley and Rachel.
