He is survived by: his wife Rosa Procaccino; his sons, Alfonso Michael Procaccino and Michael Virgil Procaccino; his mother Tullia Procaccino; his siblings, Angela Procaccino and Angelo Procaccino (Kimberly); his siblings' children, David A. Newman, MD, Julia Newman (Geoffrey Mullen) and Mia Nicole Procaccino; his great-nephew Leo Mullen; and his great-niece Elda Mullen.
