She was predeceased by : her husband Harry A. Phillips; her parents, Ernest Hargrave and Helen Hargrave (Jones); and her siblings, Rutherford, Winston and Kenneth Hargrave.

She is survived by : her children, Jane Phillips-Jones and David Phillips (Patricia); her grandchildren, Daniel Jones (Danielle), Erik Jones, Lindsay Kessler (Michael) and Jessica Wagner (Michael); and her great grandchildren, Emily Jones, Hannah Jones, Brielle Kessler, Mikey Wagner and Emma Wagner.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:15 AM at the Minshall Shropshire-Bleyler Funeral Home, Ltd. (608 S Old Middletown Rd, Media, PA 19063). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 from 12:45 PM to 1:00 PM at the George Washington Memorial Park (80 Stenton Ave, Plymouth Meeting, PA 19462).
