He was predeceased by: his son Timothy James Poukish; and his siblings, Carmella Poukish (late June), Robert Poukish and Anthony Poukish. He is survived by: his children, Walter Edward Poukish III, Helena Frances Poukish (Brendan Dabagian), Patrick Vincent Poukish and Matthew Pohubka; his grandson Timothy James "TJ" Poukish Jr.; and his brother Charles Poukish (Linda). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Maternity B. V. M. Church (9220 Old Bustleton Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19115). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at the Holy Cross Cemetery (626 Baily Rd, Yeadon, PA 19050).
