He is survived by: his wife Margaret Dunlap; his daughters, Devon Wright and Wendy Dawson; his grandchildren, Sierra Dawson, Derek Dawson Jr. and Justin Dawson; his great grandchildren, Deveon Dawson, Aubree Dawson and Keon Dawson; and his siblings-in-law, Cecil Dunlap (Joan), Billy Dunlap, Wade Waters, Gertrude Dunlap, Jackie Dunlap, Belinda Taylor and Carla Wright.
