We are sad to announce that on June 20, 2025, William A. O'Flanagan of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his sisters, Mary C. "Polly" Brady, Kathleen O'Flanagan and Ann Kfoury; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Gudjonsson, Margaret O'Flanagan, Timothy Brady and Louis Kfoury.

He is survived by: his wife Anne L. O'Flanagan; his children, Mary K. "Maisie" O'Flanagan (Tom Newby) of Atherton, William A. O'Flanagan (Michelle Toll) of New York City and Elizabeth J. O'Flanagan of Philadelphia; his grandchildren, Ariana, Damian and Torey; his siblings, Jane Lennon (Andrew) of Milton and John O'Flanagan of Washington, D. C.; and his brother-in-law Reverend James P. Butler of Boston. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
