William J. Dalton Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William J. Dalton of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 28, 2025. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of William J. Dalton to pay them a last tribute.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Eleanor; his children, William Dalton, Jr., Mary Beth Dalton (Michael Taylor), Michael Dalton (Dorothy), Eleanor Kane and James Dalton (Carolyn); and his grandchildren, Erin, Shannon, Ryan, Michael, Brian, Michelle, Jason, Nicholas, Jonathan, Emily, James, Rebecca and Christopher. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Anselm Catholic Church (12670 Dunks Ferry Rd, Philadelphia, PA 19154). A Mass will be held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Washington Crossing National Cemetery (830 Highland Rd, Newtown, PA 18940).

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in William's name to Little Sisters of the Poor.
