He was predeceased by: his parents, William Mease and Roberta Mease; his son Brian Mease; and his great grandchild Bryson McCormick. He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Mease (Gary), William Mease, Heather Mease, Kevin Mease (Judy), Kelly Mease (Shawn), Sarah Mease (De'Aries) and Crystal; his grandchildren, George, Brandon, Ethan, Billy, Brian, Lorianna, Mason, Kayden, Kyleigh, Zariyah, Xzavier, CJ, Ci'Arie, Kevin, Clayton and Shawnie; his brothers, Jim Mease (Mary) and David Mease; and his close friend Jobea Rash. He is also survived by Aunts, Uncles, 2 nephews, 1 niece, cousins and friends.
