He is survived by: his son William David John O'Brien; his parents, William J. O'Brien and Theresa O'Brien; his sibling Erin O'Brien-Hofmann (Leo); his significant other Lillian Leary; and his nieces and nephews, Leo, Mickey and Rudy. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:15 AM at the The Fountain Room (2980 Southampton Rd, Philadelphia, PA 19154). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
