She is survived by: her sons, Brian O'Connell (Nicol), Kevin O'Connell, Warren O'Connell (Mary), Joseph O'Connell, David Schrader and Aaron Daciuk; and her grandchildren, Matthew (Nicol), Kearstyn (James), Morgan, Joseph (Kyrstin), Brian (Kim), Korhyn, Warren, Seth, Brandon, Mary, Maive and David. She is also survived by great grandchildren.

A celebration of life was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Reilly Rakowski Funeral Home (2632-34 E Allegheny Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19135).
