She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Kizer and Nora Kizer (Kephart); her husband Charles W. Fleck; and her siblings, Mabel, Helen Rodkey, Edna Rodkey, Florence Winters, Avonelle Marshal, Alice Marien, Vida Reams, Lillian Miscavish, Clark Kizer, Russell Kizer and Leroy Kizer.
She is survived by: her children, Cynthia E. Weaver (Ron) of Mifflinburg, PA and Scott W. Fleck (Monica) of Long Neck, DE; her brother Randall Kizer (Darlene) of Florida; and her grandchildren, Tyson Lidgett, Candice Waxler, Heather Kuchy, Jared Loughhead, Briana Danielson and Jeremiah Fleck. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter.
