She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Briggs and Lois Briggs (Snelling); her husband Fredrick H. Herman; her brother Robert; her sister-in-law Diane Herman; her nephew Jeff Herman; and her sisters, Edna Mae Giberson and Jane Hunter.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Josiah Jones, Ketura Jones Rapchak, Austin Eggers, Evan Eggers, Jack Eggers, Vanessa Eggers, Colton Herman and Clayman Kidd; her great grandchildren, Silas Jones, Amelia Rapchak, Evelyn and Cohen Eggers; and her sibling's children, Steve Rice (Carolyn), Robert Rice (Paula) and Lois Rice Davis (Doug).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Babs's honor to the Philipsburg First Presbyterian Church, General Fund, 509 E. Presqueisle St. Philipsburg, PA 16866.
