She was predeceased by : her parents, Clair Elwood and Lucy Jane Kephart (Adams). She is survived by : her daughter Mary Anne Unick of State College; and her siblings, Elwood L. "Woody" Kephart of Twentynine Palms, CA and Linda S. Demko of Osceola Mills.

Memorial contributions in Cheryl's memory may be made to an Alzheimer's Foundation or Mental Health Foundation of the donor's choice.
