We are sad to announce that on December 7, 2023, at the age of 96, Elaine Williams (Philipsburg, Pennsylvania), born in Chester, Pennsylvania passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Elaine Williams to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, James Robert and Gladys Elizabeth Simmons (Sweitzer); and her siblings, Dorothy B. Gonzales, Gladys "Pooch" Rice, Joanne Pinto, Nancy L. Huggins, Code, Richard, Harry, Bill and Robert Simmons.

She is survived by : her sister Charlotte Kephart of Chester Hill.
