Smith (Charles) of Hawk Run, PA; his siblings, Maryann Swoope (Emery) of Woodland, PA, Rita Blake of Clearfield, PA, Kim Irwin (Danny) of DuBois, PA, Tammy Cutlip of Bradford, PA, Paul Raymond Blowers of Lanse, PA, Gordon Cutlip (Tom) of North Carolina and Grover Cutlip of Clearfield, PA; and his grandchildren, Autumn (Brandon), Robert (Sarah) and Kelly. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
