He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert W. Magwire and Mary Kay; his grandparents, Walter "Mollie" and Martha Magwire; his father-in-law James H. Bordas; and his pets, Cutter and Koda.
He is survived by: his wife Faith Bordas Maguire; his daughters, Mackenzie Copenhaver of Philipsburg and Mollie Maguire of Clearfield; his granddaughter Marley Millinder; his mother-in-law Victoria Bordas; and his siblings-in-law, James J. Bordas, Hope Bordas of Philipsburg, Charity Bordas Granville of Philipsburg and Patience Bailey (Brian) of Philipsburg. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends that are like his brothers.
