He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Fisher (Bryan) of Huntingdon; his granddaughter Amber Varner; and his siblings, Donna Mae Larson of Redding, Janet Arlene Sweeden (Gary) of Sonoma, Jennie Mary Makaiwi of Kaunakakai, Kim Marie Barney of Mississippi and Ronald L. "Doodle" Dixon (Linda) of Wallaceton. He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Beezer-Heath Funeral Home & Cremation Services (719 E Spruce St, Philipsburg, PA 16866). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made in John's memory to the St. John Lutheran Church, 216 N. McAllister Street, Bellefonte, PA 16823; or to the charity of the donor's choice.
