He was predeceased by : his parents, Christian Ray Provins and Elizabeth A. Provins (Knupp); his daughter Cindy Provins; and his brother Raymond Provins. He is survived by : his sons, Daniel Provins of Bellefonte, PA and Aaron L. Provins (Jenny) of Osceola Mills, PA; and his siblings, Agie Friday (Jim) of Woodland, PA, Liz Bailor (Thomas) of Winburne, PA and Harold Provins (Judy) of Sanning Springs, FL..
