She was predeceased by: her parents, William McTavish and Frances McTavish (Moore); her sons, Jerry L. and Terry L. Timchak; and her sisters, Barbara "Barb" Dixon and Wilma Yarger.
She is survived by: her sons, Samuel L. Timchak, Jr. (Kathryn) of Clearfield and Andrew L. "Andy" Timchak (Judith) of Lanse; her grandchildren, Adam Timchak (Amie) of Carlisle, Kyle Timchak (Eunice) of Philadelphia and Zack Timchak of Clearfield; her great grandchild Cameron S. Timchak of Carlisle; and her siblings, Mary Quick of Morrisdale, Judy Quick (Marvin) of West Decatur, Bill McTavish (Gloria) and Jim McTavish (Caroline "Charlie).
