He is survived by: his children, Jane Ann Fischer (Paul) of Osceola Mills, PA, Amber Holencik of Houtzdale, PA, Gregory Allen Koptchak of Curwensville, PA and Stephen Harry Koptchak, Jr. (Luz) of Blackstone, VA; his siblings, Edna Jane Brown (Scott) of Boalsburg, PA, Julie Powell (Andrew) of Ramey, PA, Judy Bair (Gene) of Rebersburg, PA, Joni Whitehead (Timothy) of Boalsburg, PA, John K. Koptchak of Houtzdale, PA and Rick L. Koptchak (Debra) of Osceola Mills, PA; his grandchildren, Gregory Koptchak Jr., Elizabeth Koptchak, Alisha Lansberry, Sara Saxon, Carter Fischer, Emilee Holencik, Caitlyn Kanour, Stephen Stockwell, Jordan Stockwell and Jason Koptchak; and his great grandchildren, Hailee, Jacob, Colton, Nolan and Wesson.
