“Benny Jams was my brother from another mother. Our paths first crossed in high school at Malvern Prep, then again at a random Phish show in 2006, and ultimately, we met in the Delaware County jail. It was there that our friendship took hold, bunker buddies…Having him there to remind me of how life could be when we found our ways home was more valuable than I have words for. When we finally met up on the outside, I had no doubt that we would remain lifelong friends. And we are! I miss him dearly.”
