He was predeceased by: his father Alfred P. Burk. He is survived by: his mother Marilyn Burk (Rabe); his siblings, Russell (late Barbara Burk) and Karen (Joseph Cannizzaro, Jr.); and his siblings' children, Rebecca (Jarrod Kolb) and Kevin Burk.
