She was predeceased by : her parents, Thomas S. Moore and Ann T. Moore (Venezia); and her grandchildren, Damien and Brooklyn Crawford. She is survived by : her daughter Kristin M. Agostinelli.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Devlin - Gatcha Funeral Home & Cremation Services (517 S Main St, Phoenixville, PA 19460). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Devlin - Gatcha Funeral Home (517 S Main St, Phoenixville, PA 19460). A burial was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 at the Sacred Heart Cemetery (1261 Fillmore St, Phoenixville, PA 19460).
