He was predeceased by: his parents, James Phillips and Gladys Phillips (Shugg); and his sister Doris Rodriguez. He is survived by: his siblings, George Phillips (Eileen) and Maryann Demski (late William Demski); his nieces, Diane Mariotti (Joseph), Karen Boylan (Meghan Bradley) and Dawn Milio (Richard); and his great-nephews, Joseph Mariotti (Courtney) and Nicholas Mariotti (Alexa).
