We bid farewell to Stephen M. Kost (Phoenixville, Pennsylvania), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on July 27, 2025 at the age of 45. Stephen touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Michael, Mildred Kost (Osif), Raymond and Ella Demers (LaRose). He is survived by: his wife Nicole Carracappa of King; his parents, Michael S. Kost and Theresa E. Kost (Demers); his children, Kayla Ann Kost, Addison Rose Varga, Cayden James Varga and Mason Stephen Kost; his sister Rebecca Lee Toth (Joshua); and his nephew Maximus Toth.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the Gatcha Funeral Home (517 S Main St, Phoenixville, PA 19460).
