Plummer of Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, born in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 16, 2022, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Douglas Plummer, Sr. of Phoenixville; her parents, David Cornelison and Sandra Cornelison (Graham) of Pottstown; her children, Melissa (BJ Shanaman) of Royersford and Douglas Jr. of Phoenixville; her siblings, David Cornelison (Brenda), Jason Cornelison (Debbie) and Laray Cornelison; her close friend Joe Bono of Pottstown; and her grandchildren, Emma and Nicholas Shanaman. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Family has requested in lieu of flowers, memorials in Tracy's name be made to the American Cancer Society.
