David Fisher Obituary
It is with sadness that the passing of David Fisher (Pine Grove, Pennsylvania) is shared. David, born on July 14, 1948, passed away on August 1, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
David will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. Friends and family will honor David by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence he had in their lives. Though David is no longer present, the bonds he created and the experiences shared will endure. David’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew him.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Fisher and Martha Lengel Fisher. He is survived by: his wife Gloria J. Umbenhauer Fisher; his daughters, Kristie (Donald) of Mackiewicz and Keri (Harry Barnes); his grandchildren, Sarah, Alex of Mackiewicz and Thomas Fisher; his brothers, Donald Fisher and Rev. Frederick Fisher; and his mother-in-law Sadie Umbenhauer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer contributions be made to the H. L. Snyder Funeral Home, Inc., 139 S. Tulpehocken St., Pine Grove, PA 17963 to help with expenses.
