It is with sadness that the passing of Eric Umbenhauer of Pine Grove, Pennsylvania is shared. Eric, born on September 15, 1964, passed away on September 19, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Eric will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. Friends and family will honor Eric by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence he had in their lives. Though Eric is no longer present, the bonds he created and the experiences shared will endure. Eric’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew him.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles "Hack" Umbenhauer and Roxanne Lehman Umbenhauer. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Laubenstine Umbenhauer; and his children, Allen Umbenhauer and Jessica Ferdinand.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 3:30 PM at the St Peters Lutheran Cemetery (312 S Tulpehocken St, Pine Grove, PA 17963).
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer contributions be made to the Oak Grove Sportsmen Assn., 218 2 1/2 Mile Rd., Pine Grove, PA 17963 in his memory.
