She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Mutschler and Minnie Moyer Mutschler; her husband Donald Sam Spittler; her daughter Cheryl A. Sterner; and her siblings, Patsy S. Wolfe, Ruth Zerbe, Betty M. Frantz, Marna Gilbert, Jane Bressler, Frank Mutschler, Joseph Mutschler and Robert Mutschler.
She is survived by: her children, Donna (Vaughn Schwalm), Lynn (Terry Spittler) and Bradley (Debra Spittler); her grandchildren, Shannon, Tracy, Jamey, Jill, Kim and Amber; and her sister Dorothy Hayes of Pottsville. She is also survived by many great grandchildren, one great great grandchild.
The family would prefer, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to either the Ruth Steinert SPCA, 18 Wertz Drive, Pine Grove, Pa. 17963 or to the Alzheimer's Disease Association, Inc, 2595 Interstate Drive, Suite 100, Harrisburg, Pa. 17110, in her memory.
