He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Spancake and Irene Sullivan Spancake; and his brothers, Arthur Jr. and Rodney Spancake. He is survived by: his wife Debra Gerber Spancake; his sons, Harold Spancake Jr. of Pine Grove and Hogan Spancake (Nina Ferrar); his sisters, Charlotte Klinger of Pine Grove, Donna (David Moyer) of Friedensburg and Annette (Philip Brown) of Pine Grove; and his sister-in-law Robin Spancake (late Arthur Spancake Jr.) of Indiana. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
