It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jeffrey L. Schaeffer of Pine Grove, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 31, 2025, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin M. Schaeffer, Sr. and Kathryn I. Schaeffer (Rump); his brother Alvin M. Fritz; and his nephew Eric Schaeffer. He is survived by: his children, Billie Jo (Michael Westgard) of Dundee, OR and Jeffrey L. Schaeffer, Jr. (Tasha) of Freeburg, PA; his grandchildren, Aspen Nelson, Alysa Veilleux, Tiffani, Tristyn Schaeffer and Alexa Ziegler; his great grandchildren, Bailey Woods, Aubrey, Damien, Lillith Veilleux, Estella, Reno and Sora Santos; and his nephew Todd Schaeffer.

In remembrance of Jeff's life, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Ruth Steinert Memorial SPCA, PO Box 332, Schuylkill Haven, PA 17972.
