He was predeceased by: his parents, Matthew A. Czaplicki and Laura C. Szarek Czaplicki; and his wife Theresa M. Rawle Czaplicki. He is survived by: his children, Matthew Czaplicki of Pillow and Theresa Berry. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
