She is survived by: her parents, Kaitlynn Koppenhaver and Colin Dunn of Pine Grove; her sister Ryver Leiby; her great-grandparents, David, Eva Freeman of Sharpsville, PA and Janet Dunn of Burtonsville, MD.; her grandparents, Kristina Freeman (Bobby Berger), Keith Koppenhaver, Sr. of Pine Grove, Chuck Dunn of Burtonsville, MD. and Nadine Bollon of Little Orleans, MD.; her aunts and uncles, Keith Koppenhaver, Jr., Malachi Krause, Andrew Fehr, Cody Dunn, Chuckie, Anna Dunn, Billy and Shannon Bollon; and her cousin Nokomis Styers. She is also survived by Great Aunts, Great Uncles.
The family requests in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to the Hershey Medical Center, NICU, 500 University Dr., Hershey, Pa. 17033, in Raelyn's memory.
