She is survived by: her daughters, Patricia Koshulsky of Camp Hill and Darlene (Kevin Miller) of Englewood, FL; her grandchildren, Brian (Michelle Koshulsky), Amanda (Danny Houck), Gary Wertz, Matthew (Kira Wertz) and Jadzia Hoy; her great grandchildren, Jacob, Jared, Jadon, Colleen, Liam, Logan, Lance, Brady, Bailey, Ian, Colton, Makaio, Malia and Keanu; her great great grandchildren, Atley, Jase and Willow; and her sisters, Mabel Motter and Grace (Jay Fenninger). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer contributions be made to St. John's United Methodist Church, 18 Clay St., Tremont, PA 17981 in her memory.
