He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony R. Serafino and Elizabeth V. Shindle Serafino; his siblings, Theresa Moyer, Dorothy Concentino, Gloria Eckert, Francis Serafino, LeRoy Serafino, Paul Serafino, Eugene Serafino and Anthony Serafino; his stepson Timothy Eckert; his niece Lisa Bonilla; and his nephew Charles Phillips (Chuck).
He is survived by: his wife Sandra L. Hatter Serafino; his children, Vincent Serafino, Jr. of Philadelphia, Colleen Graul of Reading, Colette Bressler of Wyomissing and Christine (Brian Wentzel) of Leesport; his stepsons, Gerald Jr. (Joanne Eckert) of Blandon and Troy (Chiho Eckert) of Japan; and his sister-in-law Helen Serafino of West Virginia. He is also survived by four grandchildren, ten step grandchildren; three great grandchildren, eight step great grandchildren.
