With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Virginia Witherow of Pine Grove, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 7, 2025 at the age of 90. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Virginia Witherow to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert L. Haney and Julia Lyden Haney; and her siblings, Agnes Naugle, Charles, Thomas and Kenneth Haney.
She is survived by: her husband Vincent; her children, Jacqueline Boughter of Lebanon, Jean (David Degler) of Reading, James (Linda Witherow) of Pine Grove, Joseph (Donna Witherow) of Pine Grove, Jeffrey (Frances Witherow) of Pine Grove and Jerry (Missy Witherow) of Pine Grove; and her sisters, Roberta Vasbinder of Sidman, PA and Rosemary Zimmerman of Minnesota. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer contributions be made to the Most Blessed Trinity Parish, 113 Cherry St., Tremont, PA 17981 in her memory.
