She was predeceased by: her parents, Marjorie Hendricks and Harry Hendricks; and her siblings, Harriet Cook (Hendricks) and Dale Hendricks. She is survived by: her daughters, Melissa Pulak (Gary) and Meggan Guzikowski; her stepchild Jackie Smith; and her grandsons, Cole and Max Pulak.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Durham Hill Farm (6409 Durham Rd, Pipersville, PA 18947).
