He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Betsy Hughes; his children, Milton Hughes, Nicholas Hughes, Jonathan Hughes, Bethanne Quaschnick (Dustin) and Christian Hutchinson-Hughes; his mother Barbara Jean Hughes; his siblings, Kathleen Hanna and Kenneth Hughes; his nieces and nephews, John (Michelle), Kristy (Larry), Darian (Ethan), Jackson, Jordan, Ava, Olivia and Chloe; and his father Charles W. Hughes, Sr..

Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cross Roads Presbyterian Church (2310 Haymaker Rd, Monroeville, PA 15146). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
