With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Ada P. Carfagna (Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. In the vast expanse of eternity, Ada shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Ada farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her husband Anthony J. Carfagna; and her siblings, Victor Santostefano, Helen Scanlon, Jean "Aunt Pennie" Stefano and Emma Santostefano.
She is survived by: her children, John D. Carfagna and Rosemarie (Frank); and her grandson Tony Au (Kirsten). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and a host of many family and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 29th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lawrence T. Miller Funeral Home (460 Lincoln Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15202). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 30th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
